Singing Jesus to the Nations

Psalm 18

GOD is the one who saves us from our enemies.

- he is strength 

- deliverer 

- fortress, rock, and refuge.

- shield, and horn of salvation 

- saviour

- worthy of all praise 

- he is stronger than death, the destroyer, or sheol (hell)

- helper

- always listening 

- when he moves the creation gets out of his way.

- "you wouldn't like me when I'm angry" is a line attributed to the Hulk. When GOD is angry even the Hulk would be puny and not so incredible.

- When GOD speaks things happen.

- clouds, darkness, light, thunder, lightning, hailstones, coals of fire, and Cherubs used as transportation obey him. 

Did you catch that Mr. Covering Cherub.

Mr. "I use to be on the Mountain of GOD."

Get with the program!

- when GOD is angry things are laid bare, channels of the sea and foundations of the world.

- he is our Life Guard (verse 16)

- he is our rescuer and mightier than all the mighty (verse 17)

- the LORD has dealt with us according to Jesus' righteousness.

- he is merciful, blameless, and pure.

- he is a torture to the crooked.

     How are you feeling Mr. Devil? 

- he is a savior to the humble and a humbler of the haughty 

- he is our light and strength 

- he is perfect tāmîm and his word is truth.

- he is the true definition of what it is to be humble and meek (verse 35)

- the LORD is to be blessed and exalted .

- the GOD of salvation.

- praiseworthy 

- LORD of all the nations 

- In Verse forty-nine David was going to praise the LORD among the nations, ...

 Mark 16:15 ESV — And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.

My prayer is that we we join with David in praising, blessing, and exalting the LORD, and start singing Jesus to the nations.
