A New Song, Water, and frustrated UN'ers

You wanna know how you can praise him? With musical instruments. David gives examples, but the key is just do it.

- some churches I've visited have stuck with the old hymns because "they are the best." My mother has told me numerous times, "the old hymns of the church are just so beautiful." Now look at what David writes, sing to the LORD a "new song". The GOD who painted the sky, flung the stars and made everything awe inspiringly beautiful is looking and listening for our creativity. Does he inspire you? Can you sing something new? Is he only worthy of something penned hundreds of years ago? There's nothing wrong with older hymns, but are the songs that are being offered up as worship really just for him? Or are the songs being offered up to you because that's what you like?

- The word of the LORD is Jesus. So in these verses Jesus is upright, Jesus is faithful, Jesus works. You want to know why you should be a hard worker? Jesus is, need I say any more? Jesus loves righteousness and justice. You and I didn't have any righteousness so he gave us his righteousness. You and I did deserve justice, both for us and because of us and he took that from us and gave us mercy instead. Would you rather have justice or mercy? People only demand justice as long as they are not the ones in the crosshairs. Nobody would be here if GOD applied justice to all of us.

- Jesus made the Heavens and he made the spiritual beings. They are sometimes called the elders, the holy ones, the heavenly host, angels, living creatures, cherubim, seraphim, princes, sons of GOD, ministering spirits, winds, flame of fire.” elohim, god's. They are all created and they are not equal to Jesus.

GOD says in Isaiah 44:8 there is no GOD like him, he doesn't know any. GOD is spirit just like all elohim were created are spirits, but there is no elohim like GOD. We were created in the image of GOD, but we will never be GOD. There was, there is, and there will only ever be one GOD.

- Jesus can gather water together and form heaps. You try it sometime, throw some water on the floor or table and ask it to stand together in a pile. I bet I can guess the outcome. He also takes the deep water and puts it in storehouses?

- In ages past the seas were something to be feared. The power and destructive nature of the oceans were felt by many a seafaring vessel and crew. Instead of respecting and fearing the sea and all of its unknowns we should be respecting and fearing the one who can make it stand at attention, part it (Exodus 14:21), calm it with a word (Mark 4:39), and walk on it like he's on Sunday stroll in the park (John 6:19). All the inhabitants of this ball in space should be in awe of Jesus.

- verse ten speaks to the United Nations, the European Union, etc. Are they feeling frustrated? GOD's plans will stand the test of time and the nations plans will be a blip in the annals of history. Matthew 4:8-9 ESV — Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to him, “All these I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me.” GOD will frustrate the nations and the puppet master holding thier strings too. Hey Mr. Devil are you feeling frustrated?

- the nation and the people he has chosen, that follows the LORD, will be blessed. Not all the people that belong to the nation of Israel fall into that category. See what Jesus said to some of the religious leaders of that time, John 8:44. If the Devil had some of his kids in places of power in Israel back then, what about currently? Hey Mossad, how many of your people are working for the enemy of Abraham's children? This is not just an Israel problem, the Devil has spread fellow rebels and his children all over the world. This includes Palestine, Turkey, China, Russia, Canada, USA, Ukraine, and right on down the list of nations.

- GOD's vantage point allows him to see everything, nothing escapes his sight. The internet, surveillance technology, quantum computing, Ai etc. will never come close to what the LORD can do. All the intelligence community combined are like a deaf, blind man groaping around a haystack searching for a needle that's not there.

- great army's, strong warriors, war horses, and military technologies are never going to be enough against GOD. When GOD spoke and Jesus created time, space, and matter, you know the thing we call the big bang. Compare that to the biggest nuke we have or a hypersonic missile and anything else man has created. The are like a single match head ignited in the middle of the universe. Less that a blip or a puff of smoke.

- the eye of the LORD knows all who fear him and those who trust his steadfast love. He will deliver from death and kerp us alive in times of famine. Abraham, Issac, Joseph, all the brothers, Jacob, Naomi, Boaz, Elijah, the Widow of Zarephath and her son, just to name a few. 

- GOD is our hope and great shield. GOD's steadfast love is on us and in us. His Holy Spirit is with us and his resurrection power. We have hope in his holy name, thank you Jesus.

My prayer is that you would know your Abba Father is greater than anything in all of creation and you have nothing to fear. 

The Devil on the other hand and all that are his should be quaking and shaking in thier spiritual boots, if they had a lick of sense.
